Design Features:
The pumps are built both as horizontal and vertical executions. The pumps are equipped
with an overflow relief valve, on specific order we deliver also hand operated relief valve.
The pumps are hydraulically balanced and free of axial forces.
As standard, oil leap seal are mounted and they are relieved so they are operating under suction pressure.
On order mechanical seal is available.
Application:
The screw pumps are intended for pumping of viscous liquids possessing lubricating properties without
mechanical contaminants. Fluids that may be pumped include: all sorts of vegetables, animal and mineral oils,
fuel oils. Main fields of application: loading and discharging of tankers and lorry tanks, lubrication of
machines, motors, turbines, supply of power to hydraulic systems, loading oil burners.
Casing:
High tensile, close-grained cast iron. Optional cast steel. Steam jacket available on steel cased pump.
Rotor housing:
Pearlitic gray iron.
Shaft seal:
Seal lips or mechanical seals with material combinations depends on working conditions.
Rotation:
Clockwise facing pump shaft.
Mounting:
May be foot mounted in any attitude. Vertical mounted available for such executions.
Filtering:
Inlet strainers are required to keep contaminants and abrasives out of the pump.
They must be selected in consultation with us or strainer vendor to prevent pump starvation.
