Project: Production and delivery of propeller pumps and diesel pump units

Client: Government of Republic of Macedonia-Direction of Protection and Saving

Financier: Ministry of Economy of Republic of Macedonia-Sector of agro-industry and structural reforms

Brief description:  Production and delivery of Mobile pump units, ready for traffic participation, with installed signal and breaking devices, suitable for pulling and protected of atmospheric influences. The main application is for firefighting purposes, irrigation and drainage. The pump units are equipped with monitoring panel, ejector system, suction hoses - length 6 m, two discharge connectors and fire fighting hoses with total length of 300 m per diesel pump unit, including fire fighting couplings for fast connecting.

Realized activities:
-Production and delivery of 2 propeller pumps with capacity of 800 l/sec, TDH of 5.5m, 75 KW electro motor on 960rpm;
-Production and delivery of diesel pump units (diesel engine IVEKO 86KW,pump S10CP31 with characteristics  Q=42-47 l/sec, H=60-74 mvs on 2300 rpm, transported medium-water, sealing-lip seal).

MZT Pumpi was present on the exhibition PCV held in Moscow from 15-18 of October, 2007.

This is specialized  exhibition for pumps, compressors, pneumatics, pneumatics tools, valves, actuators and engines brought together over 500 exhibitors, covered an area of 22.000 sq.m, and brought an outstanding business opportunities during its duration from 15-18 October,2007. MZT Pumpi  was situated  in Hall 4.1, and it represented its extensive product range.

Putting into operation the pump units for the project “Belgrade Heating Plants”.
The project team of MZT Pumpi was present on the putting into operation of the 16 pump units for the project  “Belgrade Heating Plants ” on the date of 13.10.2007. The subject of the project was production and delivery of 16 pump units.
The main objective of the project was extending the existing heating system in Belgrade, Serbia. Four pump stations were equipped with new pump equipment.  The whole project for rehabilitation of Belgrade Heating Plant was financed from EBRD and a credit line was extended of more than 20 million of EUR for this purpose. The following activities were realized by MZT

Pumpi for this project:
 - Rehabilitation of the pump station for  masut (new pumps, valves, instrumentation, pipes, thermal insulation);
 - Design, manufacturing and commissioning of two steel tanks for masut and execution of new pipe connection to the pump station;
- Rehabilitation of the pump station for decantation of masut;
 - Rehabilitation of the pump station for masut;
 - Reparation of the pump station for masut for daily needs and two steel tanks;
 - Commissioning.
