Design:
The PP type of pumps are single-stage, axial flow pumps suitable for vertical installation.
The discharge connection can be placed bellow or above the base plate of the pump unit.
Their simple but heavy construction provides trouble-free operation, continuous capabilities with high operational efficiency. As standard, the vanes are adjusted during assembly in the factory. On customer's demand the pump could be furnished with special device for vanes adjustment during operation in order to achieve better pump efficiency.
The pump shaft consists of two or more shafts coupled by shaft couplings. The rubber bearings, pressed into bearing retainers, support and guide the shafts.
As standard, the sealing of the shaft is carried out by means of soft packing while the shaft is protected by hardened sleeves. As option, mechanical seals are available.

The pumps can be ordered as individual pump or as complete pumping unit
which consists of pump, driver, flexible coupling and mounted base frame.
As standard the pump’s drivers are electric motors, but it could
be any other device as: internal combustion engine, turbine, etc… | | |
