Reconstruction of the chain system for transport of raw mine material
Realized activities:
- Dismantling of chain from Lepol Grid (POLYSIUS) with width 4m, length 90 m with a total weight of 120 tons.;
- Dismantling of supporting and return shafts(Total number- 75 );
- Dismantling of driving shaft with bearings;
- Dismantling of return shaft with bearings.
Installation of new equipment:
- Mounting the complete driving shaft , with sprockets, housings and bearings
- Installation of complete return shaft
- Installation of supporting and return shafts with housings and bearings
- Installation of new chain width 4 m, length 90 m.
- Installation and rehabilitation of other supporting elements.
- Alignment and Levelling
- Putting into operation
- Total weight of the dismantled and installed new equipment is cca 180 tons.
