Brief discription:
The main aim of this project was to design and produce all the steel construction components for the sand / gravel separation plant in which the Metso's cone crusher HP 200, Deck Screens and Vibro Freeders had to be mounted.
Besides platforms for Metso's equipment, METALEX designed and produced 10 (ten) belt conveyors of different lengths and widths with side walkways.
Realized activities:
- Manufacturing of 10 conveyor belts
- Manufacturing of 4 platforms
- Manufacturing of 2 steel bunkers
- Manufacturing of steel construction
- Supervision douring installation and commissioning
