Design, fabrication and assembling of steel construction equipment for crushing and separation plant

Brief discription:
The main aim of this project was to design and produce all steel construction components for the crushing and separation plant. The overall project was performed by METALEX and enabled uninterrupted running of the process in the crushing and separation plant.
Realized activities:
- Supplying of material and equipment (motor reducers, motors, safety systems) for belt conveyors, auxiliary materials, supplying of materials for steel constructions for Metso's equipment;
- Designing, construction and fabrication of eleven new belt conveyors with different wenghts and widths (length from 15m up to 35m, and widths from 500mm up to 800mm);
- Designing, construction and producing of walkways, stairs, support construction for belt conveyors;
- Designing, construction and producing of platforms, stairs, support construction and complete auxiliary equipment for deck screens, vibro feeders and for the cone crusher VI200;
- Mounting of belt conveyors with complete equipment and support construction;
- Mounting of steel construction and auxiliary construction for Metso's equipment.

Production, supervision during installation and startup of pumps for transport of lime milk for the process of gas cleaning in the thermal power plant Bobov Dol-Bulgaria.
